This USGS 7.5-minute quadrangle GIS dataset of California contains information on the abundance, spread and management status of 204 invasive plants on the Cal-IPC inventory. This distribution information is derived from 1 of 3 sources: expert knowledge interviews conducted around the state with land managers, Calflora data or CCH data. This information is dynamic and your export represents a slice in time. CalWeedMapper (http://calweedmapper.cal-ipc.org) shows a current picture of this data, including a history.
<purpose>This is a qualitative dataset of distribution information of the 204 invasive plants on the Cal-IPC inventory. It is meant to give a landscape level view of the distribution of invasive plants through the state of California.

Data is symbolized to represent the count of species per quad.</purpose>
