The California Drought, Water, Parks, Climate, Coastal Protection, And Outdoor Access For All Act Of 2018 (Proposition 68) provides funding for CDFW grants for projects that: 1) improve a community's ability to adapt to the unavoidable impacts of climate change; 2) improve and protect coastal and rural economies, agricultural viability, wildlife corridors, or habitat; and/or 3) develop future recreational opportunities, or enhance drought tolerance, landscape resilience, and water retention. This data set contains points provided by the grantee representing the approximate location of the projects approved by the California Department of Wildlife's Watershed Restoration Grants Branch for funding under these two grants through 2021. In some cases, the points represent small, discrete sites, but in many they represent larger areas such as regions, watersheds, or stream reaches. In a few cases the points are a laboratory site in which research will be/has been conducted.
