This layer is HUC12s for all NHD regions that contact CA, or are upstream catchments of regions touching CA. It has been run through a tool that validated the HU_12_DS attribute based on a series of rules, and then the attribute was corrected for those that were wrong. So far, only the California HUC12s have been corrected.
